How do I properly adjust the headrest in my Vauxhall Crossland?

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Crossland and I'm having trouble getting the headrest to a comfortable position. I've tried adjusting the angles but seem to have no luck. Any tips on how to properly adjust the headrest?
