Why is my Vauxhall Insignia's dashboard showing an engine warning light?

I just got my Vauxhall Insignia checked and serviced, but now the engine warning light has appeared on the dashboard. I am worried, what could be causing this and how can I fix it?

This warning light indicates that there is an issue with your engine. It could be something as simple as a loose gas cap or something more serious like a faulty sensor. I would suggest taking your car back to the dealership or a trusted mechanic to get it checked out.

The engine warning light could be a sign of an overheating engine. Check your coolant levels and make sure they are at the recommended level. If not, top it up and see if the warning light goes away. If it continues to appear, take it to a professional for further inspection.

I had a similar issue with my Vauxhall Insignia and it turned out to be a faulty spark plug. It's a relatively easy and inexpensive fix, so I would recommend getting them checked and replaced if necessary.
