What is the difference between the 1.6L and 1.4L engine options for the Vauxhall Mokka?

I'm looking to purchase a Vauxhall Mokka, but I'm unsure of which engine size to go for. Can you explain the differences between the 1.6L and 1.4L options and how they will affect the performance of the car?

As a proud Vauxhall owner, I can tell you that the 1.4L engine option is great for a balance of power and fuel efficiency. The 1.6L engine is more powerful, but it will also have a slightly higher fuel consumption.

In my experience, the 1.6L engine has a bit more kick, making it a better choice for those who love a more responsive drive. However, if fuel economy is a priority, the 1.4L option would be a better fit.

As a mechanic who has worked on both engine sizes, I can tell you that the 1.6L is a bit more durable and can handle higher speeds and heavier loads better. If you plan on putting your Mokka through its paces, go for the 1.6L.
