What is the best type of oil for a Vauxhall Vivaro?

I have a Vauxhall Vivaro and I am wondering what type of oil would be the best for it. I have been using regular conventional oil but I have heard that synthetic oil may be better. What are the benefits of using synthetic oil and should I switch? Any recommendations?

Synthetic oil is generally recommended for newer vehicles, including the Vauxhall Vivaro. It offers better protection for your engine and can improve performance. If you want to switch to synthetic oil, make sure to do it during your next oil change. I would also recommend getting a high-quality synthetic oil, such as Mobil 1 or Royal Purple.

I personally use synthetic oil in my Vauxhall Vivaro and have noticed a difference in performance. It helps keep the engine cleaner and running smoother. My recommendation would be to stick with synthetic oil.

It's important to follow your vehicle's manufacturer recommendations for oil type. If your Vauxhall Vivaro requires conventional oil, there may not be a significant advantage to switching to synthetic. However, if you do choose to switch, make sure to use a synthetic blend, as a full synthetic may not be necessary.
