Why is my Vauxhall Grandland making a strange noise while reversing?

I recently noticed that my Vauxhall Grandland makes a weird noise only when I'm reversing. It almost sounds like a squealing or scraping noise. What could be causing this and what should I do about it?

Lisa, this could be an indication of an issue with your brakes or possibly your suspension. It's best to bring your car to a certified mechanic for a thorough inspection to determine the exact cause of the noise.

Hi Lisa, it's possible that there could be some debris stuck in your wheel well or undercarriage that is causing the noise. Try to visually inspect these areas and remove any foreign objects. If the noise persists, it's best to have a mechanic take a look.

Hey Lisa, have you recently had your tires changed or rotated? This noise could be due to uneven wear on your tires or misaligned wheels. I suggest bringing your car to a tire shop to have them checked and rotated if necessary.
