Why is my Vauxhall Zafira Life's engine making a clicking sound?

I recently noticed that my Vauxhall Zafira Life's engine has started making a clicking sound. It only happens when the engine is running and it seems to get louder as I accelerate. Any idea what could be causing this and how can I fix it?

This clicking sound could be caused by a number of issues, such as a loose belt or a problem with the engine valves. It's best to take your car to a trusted mechanic to diagnose the specific cause and address it accordingly.

I had a similar issue with my Vauxhall Zafira Life and it turned out to be a problem with the fuel injectors. I would suggest getting them checked and cleaned by a professional.

Before taking your car to a mechanic, make sure to check the oil level and see if it needs to be changed. Low oil levels or dirty oil can also cause a clicking sound in the engine.
