This shaking could be caused by a number of things, such as worn out engine mounts, spark plugs or even a damaged driveshaft. It's important to have a mechanic take a look at your vehicle to properly diagnose and fix the issue.

I experienced a similar issue with my Vauxhall Vivaro and it turned out to be a problem with the transmission. I suggest taking it to a trusted mechanic and getting it checked out as soon as possible.

Another possible cause could be a misfire in the engine, which could be due to a faulty fuel injector or ignition coil. It's best to get your vehicle checked by a professional to avoid any further damage.

Make sure to also check the condition of your tires, as uneven tread wear or a damaged tire can cause shaking when driving. Get your tires rotated and balanced regularly to prevent this issue.
