Why does my Vauxhall Astra not start after driving for a while?

I have a 2015 Vauxhall Astra that starts perfectly when it's cold, but after driving for a while and then stopping, it won't start back up. The engine won't even turn over. What could be causing this issue?

It sounds like you may have a faulty fuel pump. This can cause issues with starting the engine when the car is warm. It's important to get this looked at by a mechanic as soon as possible to prevent any further damage.

Another possibility is a faulty ignition switch. This can also cause issues with starting the engine when the car is warm. I recommend having a professional diagnose and replace the switch if necessary.

If your battery is old or weak, it may not have enough power to start the engine after it has been running for a while. Consider having your battery checked and replaced if needed.
