A

A common cause of engine misfires is a faulty ignition coil. You can check this by using a diagnostic scanner or by visually inspecting the coil for any signs of damage.

M

Another possibility is a clogged fuel injector. Try using a fuel system cleaner to see if that improves the misfires.

N

A dirty air filter can also contribute to misfires. Make sure to check and replace your air filter regularly.

E

If the misfires are only happening when the engine is cold, it could be an issue with the coolant temperature sensor.
