Hi Samantha, this could be caused by a software glitch or a hardware issue. Try restarting the infotainment system by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. If the problem persists, it's likely a hardware issue and you may need to bring it to a dealership for repair.

Hi Samantha, have you recently updated your software? If so, it's possible that the update caused a compatibility issue with the touchscreen. You can try rolling back the update or contacting Vauxhall customer support for assistance.

Hi Samantha, another possible cause could be a loose connection between the touchscreen and the infotainment system. You can try disconnecting and reconnecting the cables to see if that resolves the issue.

Hi Samantha, if none of the above solutions work, it may be necessary to replace the touchscreen. Contact a certified Vauxhall technician for further assistance.
