I recently got a new Vauxhall Grandland and I'm having trouble connecting my phone to the infotainment system. I tried following the manual, but it's not working. Can someone please guide me through the steps?
ReplyFirst, make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. Then, go to the 'Bluetooth' option on the infotainment screen and select 'Pair Device'. Your phone should show up on the list, select it and enter the passcode displayed on the screen. Once paired, you should be able to access your phone's features through the infotainment system.
I had the same issue when I first got my Grandland. It turns out I was trying to connect my phone while the car was in motion. Make sure you're parked and the engine is turned off before trying to pair your phone.
