I've been noticing a loud clicking noise coming from my Vauxhall Grandland. It happens whenever I turn the steering wheel or go over bumps. What could be causing this and what should I do to fix it?
ReplyIt is likely that the clicking noise is coming from worn out CV joints. These are the joints that connect the transmission to the wheels and allow them to turn. If they are damaged, they can make a clicking noise when in use. I recommend taking your Grandland to a mechanic to have them inspected and replaced if necessary.
Another possible cause of the clicking noise could be worn out suspension parts. The Grandland has a complex suspension system and if any of the components are worn, they can cause clicking noises when driving. Have a mechanic check the suspension components to see if they need to be replaced.
