How to reset the Bluetooth system on Vauxhall Crossland?

I'm having trouble connecting my phone to the Bluetooth system on my Vauxhall Crossland. It used to work fine, but suddenly stopped connecting. How can I reset the Bluetooth system?

Hi Samantha, have you tried turning off the Bluetooth on your phone and then turning it back on again, as well as restarting your car? Sometimes this can fix connectivity issues. If that doesn't work, you can try resetting the infotainment system in your car by holding down the power button for a few seconds. Let me know if that helps!

Hey Samantha, I had a similar issue with my Crossland and found that disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes can also help reset the Bluetooth system. Just make sure to have your radio code handy before disconnecting the battery. Let me know if that works for you!

Hi Samantha, another option you can try is deleting your phone from the list of connected devices on the infotainment system and then reconnecting it again. Sometimes that can fix connectivity problems. If not, your car may need a software update. Let me know if you need any assistance with that!
