How do I troubleshoot a Vauxhall Vivaro engine that won't start?

My Vauxhall Vivaro's engine won't start, and I'm not sure what the problem is. I've checked the battery and it seems fine, but the engine just won't turn over. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

First, make sure your battery connections are clean and tight. If they seem dirty or loose, clean them with a wire brush and reconnect them securely. If that doesn't work, check your spark plugs and replace them if necessary. If the issue still persists, it could be a problem with your starter or alternator, so it's best to take your Vivaro to a professional mechanic for further diagnosis and repair.

Have you recently had an oil change? If not, it's possible that your oil levels are too low and your engine is not getting enough lubrication to start properly. Check your oil levels and top up if necessary. If that doesn't solve the issue, it could be a more serious problem with your engine, so it's best to take it to a qualified mechanic for further inspection.

I had a similar issue with my Vivaro and it turned out to be a faulty fuel pump. If you've tried all the other troubleshooting steps and the engine still won't start, it's worth checking the fuel pump. You can also try tapping on it with a hammer to see if that gets the engine going. If not, it's best to take it to a mechanic for repair.
