First, you will need to determine the ideal tire pressure for your Vauxhall Grandland. This information can usually be found in your owner's manual or on a sticker located on the inside of the driver's door.

To adjust the tire pressure, you will need a tire pressure gauge and an air compressor. Once you have determined the ideal pressure, use the gauge to check the current pressure of each tire and then use the compressor to add or remove air as needed.

Remember to always check the tire pressure when the tires are cold and to never overinflate them. Maintaining the correct tire pressure not only helps with fuel efficiency, but also improves the overall safety and performance of your vehicle.
