How to fix the oil leak in my Vauxhall Insignia?

I noticed a small puddle of oil under my car and upon further inspection, I found that there is an oil leak in my Vauxhall Insignia. This is my first time experiencing this issue and I'm not sure what to do. Any advice on how to fix it and prevent it from happening again?

One possible cause of an oil leak in your Vauxhall Insignia could be a damaged oil pan or gasket. I would recommend taking it to a mechanic for a proper diagnosis and repair. It's important to take care of the issue in a timely manner to avoid further damage to your car.

Another possible cause could be a loose or damaged oil filter. Check to see if the oil filter is tightly screwed on and if there are any visible cracks or leaks. If so, replace the oil filter and see if the leak stops.

You could also try using a stop leak additive specifically designed for engine oil leaks. These can be found at most automotive stores and can temporarily seal the leak until you can get it properly repaired.
